Overview
Lesaka Technologies, through its EasyPay Everywhere business, is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee the operational performance of infrastructure across our provincial branches. The role ensures the availability, maintenance, and reliability of facilities, fleet, equipment, and operational support systems that support EasyPay Everywhere’s branch network. You will work closely with Provincial Heads and Area Managers to deliver a consistent, compliant, and effective infrastructure environment that enables business continuity and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure and Operations Management
• Ensure effective performance and availability of branch infrastructure, including facilities, equipment, and operational assets.
• Oversee premises maintenance, lease administration support, and facilities management across EasyPay Everywhere sites.
• Manage fleet maintenance and roadworthiness to ensure operational readiness.

Asset, Security and Incident Oversight
• Monitor and manage infrastructure assets, including tablets and stock items.
• Oversee physical security and premises protection in partnership with relevant teams.
• Support investigations relating to fraud, non-compliance, and operational incidents.

Compliance and Audit
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit recommendations.
• Implement and track corrective actions for infrastructure-related findings.

Vendor and Project Management
• Manage relationships with provincial vendors, including TCM and Huge Connect.
• Coordinate infrastructure and technology rollouts and perform post-implementation assessments.

Business Continuity and Risk Management
• Lead the development, implementation, and testing of Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans for EasyPay Everywhere operations.

Support Services and Administration
• Provide operational support for ATM maintenance, card tracking, and ad hoc infrastructure requirements.
• Collaborate with Provincial Coordinators to ensure smooth administrative support.
• Support the Contact Centre with accurate logging and resolution of infrastructure queries.

Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Operations, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure or operational management within a multi-site environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to provincial sites
