Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, deliver complex projects on time and within budget, and align project outcomes with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.

  • Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

  • Partner closely with teams across Product, IT, Operations, and Legal/Compliance.

  • Ensure all projects comply with company policies, standards, and governance frameworks.

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture insights and implement lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required.

  • 7–10 years of proven experience managing projects of varying scale and complexity.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
